Citizens for Responsible Zoning in West Seneca

Additional materials have been made available on the Kloc's (1245 Seneca Creek Road) rezoning application. It appears that it will be before the Town Board again on April 13, 2026.

The minutes of the February 9, 2026 Town Board meeting is now available.

At this meeting the Town Board considered 3 rezoning/special permit applications. Two were not opposed. The 3rd - Kloc's was contentious. Notable is the acknowledgement that the protest petition is valid and triggers the super majority requirement to pass:

Supervisor Dickson stated he performed the calculations for the supermajority requirement, noting it is still in effect, and the project will require a 4 - 1 vote.
